Combie Phase I Canal Breach Sediment Characterization and Restoration Plan

RBI staff served as project manager for the Nevada Irrigation District Combie Phase I Canal Breach Sediment Characterization and Restoration Plan.  RBI staff developed technical and environmental support for restoration of upland habitat on a steep hillside eroded by a breach in the canal.  Staff directed agency consultation to evaluate water and sediment impacts to the Bear River and determined suitable upland restoration and adequate mitigation.
